King of Swords (Deck: Light Seer’s Tarot by Chris-Anne)
The King of Swords is the guy you want to have your back. He’s powerful with both sword and words, and thinks everything through thoroughly. He can act instantly, trusting his intuition, but he prefers to plan his battles ahead of time. Watch out though, his words can be cutting and brutal truth. He doesn’t hold back. He says it how he sees it. He’s very sure of himself, knows who he is, and where he’s going. He always has a plan, but he’s also thought out all the many possibilities and prepared for them. On the flip side, he can be manipulative and verbally abusive if he’s not careful. His surety of himself can also lead to arrogance. He is often found in positions of authority, but has a tendency to micromanage and be a hard ass. This King is a double-edged sword, like the weapon he carries.
How can you use the energy of the King of Swords in your life? Do you need to think things out more? Be more prepared? Also, think about how to avoid the negative energy of this card. Be kind with your words and be humble and tolerant.
This is the last card of this deck! I started going through this deck with the Red Tent group on Facebook, and carried it into the SPA platform. I will now be taking a break for the next few days until after Yule. I will resume my Tarot Card of the Day series on the SPA platform only starting on January 3rd with a new deck that I bought myself as a Yule present just to share with you. I’m very excited for this new deck, though I have absolutely LOVED Light Seer’s Tarot and will continue to use it in my personal and professional readings.
